Booking & Cancellation Policy
✔ A $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
✔ Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, and your deposit will be applied to the new appointment.
✔ Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.
✔ Final pricing is based on the rooms and optional services selected during the booking process.
✔ Additional charges may apply for excessive buildup, heavy pet hair, or conditions not disclosed when booking.
✔ Payment of the remaining balance is due upon completion of service.
